We are located in GMT +5.30 time zone and we answer all questions within 4 – 24 hours in weekdays. In some rare cases the waiting time can be to 24 hours. Support tickets sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed next Monday or the next business day.

3. Bug Fixes and Issue Resolution
If you’ve found an obvious bug that prevents you from using the theme as intended, contact our support team. We’ll work to provide fixes and address reported issues promptly.

What Is NOT Included in Our Support

Our support services focus on helping you use the theme as designed. However, the following are not included:

1. Customization Services
We do not provide support for advanced customizations or modifications to the theme’s layout or functionality beyond its default features.

2. Theme Installation for Beginners
If you’re new to WordPress or short on time, you can order our Theme Installation Service to have the theme installed for you.

3. Hosting and Server Issues
We cannot assist with issues related to your web hosting, server environment, or software installed on your local machine. These are outside the scope of theme support.
